Email us with your clinic name, the screen you were on, and a short description of what happened.

If you cannot sign in, contact support from the email address associated with your clinic account. We can help verify access and reset your account.
Pricing recommendations
If a recommendation looks wrong, include the service code, current price, recommended price, and clinic location. We will review the data behind it.
PMS integration
Vet INC works with clinic PMS data to review and update fee schedules. For integration issues, send the PMS name, clinic location, and the latest step completed.
App troubleshooting
- Confirm you have the latest version of the app installed.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Check that your internet connection is working.
- If the issue continues, email support with your device model and iOS version.
